  • Job Description and Responsibilities

    • Assisting the Executive Management on a daily base
    • Reception and high level service to guests and employees
    • Preparing and follow-up of conference and meeting rooms
    • Operating the company’s main phone line
    • Taking over secretarial tasks (e.g. correspondence, mail, office materials, etc.)
    • Acting as point of contact for suppliers, craftsmen and courier services
    • Check and request bank account details of suppliers
    • Reviewing employee expense reimbursement requests
    • Ad hoc administrative tasks (A/P projects, etc.)


    • At least 2-3 years of experience at the reception
    • Experience as an Assistant to the Executive Management is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task
    • Proactive and switched on, and quick comprehension
    • Attentive and polite character
    • Proficient user of MS-Office, especially Excel
    • Fluent in English & French or German. Any other EU language is a plus
